Doula care is a very specific and intimate choice ~ I want to be sure and cater to your needs and will do everything I can to make your experience the best possible. The following are suggested package options, but every family will have the opportunity to customize their package the best suit their needs. Pricing for postpartum (Happy Baby) support can be discussed in the consultation.

Happy Mama Package :

	Advice and Education during pregnancy (phone, email, and in person)
	Help with preparing and writing the Birth Plan
	Coaching and support during labor, birth, and postpartum
	Discussion about medical procedures and birth interventions
	Preparing for labor with breathing and relaxation exercises

	Assistance in preparing for and advice for caring for your newborn
	Emotional support postpartum
	Emotional support for mom and her partner
	Breastfeeding and/or feeding (bonding) support
	Recommendations (and discounts) for Childbirth Education classes local to your area

Happy Baby Package :

	Includes all of the Basic Mama package PLUS
	Continued support via email and/or phone for 6 months
	Additional postpartum/newborn support in home as needed

	Customized and private classes for mom and partner postpartum
	Success tips for caring for the newborn in the first 3 months

Memory Makers Package (Add-on) :

	Four private photography sessions (Belly to Baby) with Jennifer Tai Photo Artistry (includes digital book & CD)
	Photograph book to display and share these new memories

$25 Gift Certificate to use with Natalee Nelson, Creative
